Summer Vacation borrowing

All undergraduate and MPhil students are entitled to borrow five books for the vacation. PhD students may borrow eight. Vacation borrowing will commence on:

Friday 17th June at 9.00 a.m.

All patrons (except Faculty & PhD) will have to return their books to the library before they can be re-issued for the vacation. Undergraduates cannot renew books issued during term for the vacation ... they will have to be physically returned to the Library beforehand.

PhD students will be able to renew their books online for the vacation from Friday 10th June

All books borrowed for the vacation will be due back on Tuesday 4th October.

Summer vacation opening hours

Vacation opening hours will commence from Monday 20th June. From this date the Library will be open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on weekdays until the commencement of term-time borrowing on Monday 3rd October.

The Library will be closed from the 15th to the 29th August (both days inclusive) for its annual stocktake.
